About Us

Building a Future of Stability, Dignity & Opportunity

A nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women through safe housing, skill development, and holistic support.

Who We Are

Sisters Beauty & Wellness Transitional Center for Women is a nonprofit residential and educational organization dedicated to supporting young women ages 17 to 20 who are experiencing homelessness, hopelessness, or housing instability during the critical transition into adulthood.

We provide safe transitional housing, career-ready beauty and wellness training, and holistic support to help each young woman rebuild confidence, develop independence, and create a stable and self-sufficient future.

In addition to our youth program, the organization operates the Sisters Elderly Care Department, serving elderly women ages 75 to 95 who may be experiencing abandonment, isolation, or health-related challenges, and providing them with compassionate residential care, rehabilitation support, and companionship.

What makes our model unique is the intentional connection between both generations. Young women gain guidance, wisdom, and emotional support from the elderly, while the elderly experience renewed purpose, care, and companionship — creating a powerful environment of mutual healing, learning, and personal growth.

Sisters Beauty & Wellness Transitional Center is committed to a non-discriminatory policy, providing equal access to all eligible individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, background, or personal circumstances, while maintaining a safe, respectful, and structured environment for all residents.

Unified Mission

Our Mission

To provide safe transitional housing and transformative, skill-based education to young women aged 17 to 20, empowering them with high-income beauty and wellness career skills, mental resilience, and community living values.

Our mission is to ensure that every young woman leaves the program as a confident, self-sufficient, and emotionally grounded individual, prepared to enter society with purpose and direction.

Our Vision

We envision a future where homelessness, instability, and lack of direction among vulnerable young women are significantly reduced, and where every woman has access to belonging, dignity, safety, and opportunity.

Our vision extends beyond support  we aim to build a community where both young and elderly women are valued, cared for, and given the opportunity to live with purpose and connection.

Our Story

Sisters Beauty & Wellness Transitional Center was founded from a deep understanding of how the right environment, structure, and support can transform a young woman’s life.

Inspired by years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, mentorship, and working closely with women across different life stages, the vision for this organization was born from a desire to create lasting and meaningful change.

The founder’s journey  from structured boarding school life to building a successful career and mentoring young women  revealed the powerful impact of guidance, discipline, and opportunity.

This organization was created to provide that same structure and support to young women who need it most, offering them not just a place to stay, but a path to independence, confidence, and long-term success.
